Term 4 Inquiry - Technology


 My animal is the Green tree gecko   

What does my animal need in its enclosure?
Water, grass, trees, logs, twigs, bark, hollowed log,

What features did I add just for my animal and how are they helpful? A bigger enclosure and a tunnel.

Did I make any changes and why did I decide to do that?
Yes, made it bigger to make it a good home.

Leopards Report Writing

Leopards

A leopard is a mammal and its Latin name is panthera pardus. It is a part of the big cat family and they are warm blooded.

Description
Leopards are yellow and have black spots. Some leopards are black. Leopards have a white patch under their tummy.

Dynamics
Leopards can run up to 58km/h. Leopards bring their prey into a tree to keep it away from the other animals. Leopards are good climbers.

Habitat
Leopards live in North-east Africa, Central Asia, India and China. They live in rainforests, forests, mountains and savannas.

Diet
Leopards are carnivores. They mainly eat monkeys, nile crocodiles, rodents, reptiles, amphibians, foxes, fish, jackals, martens, chimpanzees, gorillas, insects and birds.

Leopards from Africa aren’t endangered but the ones outside of Africa are endangered. People need to leave them alone and only kill them if they are attacking people.
